Gerry Johansson
Gerry Johansson was born in 1945 in Örebro, Sweden. He has held four solo exhibitions at the Moderna Museet in Stockholm, and has exhibited widely in Europe, Japan and the USA. Johansson participated in the pilot study for the Swedish documentary project EKODOK 90 and photographed for the project 1989-91. In 1999 he photographed Ehime Prefecture on Shikoku Island for the Japan Today project, and in 2001 made landscape studies in Dronming Maud Land, Antarctica, as part of the culture program of the Swedish Polar Research Secretariat.
