An extensive display of recent Steidl books on photography, art and culture. Featuring booksigning events by Steidl artists Collier Schorr and Laurie Anderson.

And an exhibition of Steidl Editions — Ed Ruscha, Jim Dine, JH Engström, Torbjørn Rødland, Julian Germain.

During the Armory Show 2007 at Pier 94 on the Hudson River in New York City, February 23–26, 2007, Steidl Publishers will exhibit in a temporary art bookstore designed by Acconci Studio and produced with D.A.P. and Deitch Projects. The Acconci Studio design takes as its starting point a horizontal plane which has been suspended, cut and folded. The structure made of polycarbonate panels will be suspended from the ceiling beams of Pier 94 using thin steel cables and anchored to the floor. (BOOTH BKS2).
